Located in Salem, NH at Tuscan Village, the Beach Plum is a seafood restaurant that touts award-winning lobster rolls and 78 flavors of ice cream. The project, which features a full commercial kitchen and restaurant, is proudly led by President Rick Baron and Project Leader Michael Irwin.
The Legacy Team has truly enjoyed the opportunity to work on a project in the Tuscan Village, a 700,000sf, “best in class” experiential retail campus with 1,000,000+sf of class A office and lab space, 1,200+ residential units, 2 hotels, 15+ restaurants, a high-energy entertainment section, 2 world-renowned medical facilities, and more.
