Coliseum Senior Housing in Nashua, NH is an existing senior apartment complex with 101 units. Legacy will perform the plumbing scope of work to renovate all existing units and complete plumbing systems for an addition of 35 new units. This project involves significant coordination for an aggressive renovation schedule of 1 unit renovated per day, and extensive safety coordination for construction performed in an occupied facility.
