Granite State Industrial Complex
The Granite State Industrial Complex is a development of commercial condos with concrete warehouse buildings ranging from 25,600sqft-40,000sqft. This project initially features roof drainage systems, sanitary drainage systems, and domestic water to tenant spaces, and will later feature tenant-specific fit-ups.

Multi-Location Daycare
Legacy has an ongoing relationship with a local daycare through remodeling and upgrading their facilities across the state. Projects range from adding sinks to meet increased need for cleanliness and sanitation to upgrading kitchens to better serve the children and staff. Legacy works closely with daycare staff to plan and execute projects with minimal disruption to childcare, and to ensure child and staff safety during construction.
