Legacy is experienced at delivering functionally designed educational spaces and is committed to building learning environments that serve generations of students. We prioritize student and staff safety as the primary consideration in any institutional project, and we pride ourselves on meeting project deadlines so as not to interfere with academic schedules.
Saint Anselm Sullivan
Designed by President Rick Baron in partnership with WV Engineering of Keene, NH, the new locker rooms at the Sullivan Ice Arena host (18) showers with trench drains, (11) toilets, (6) urinals, custom bathroom trough sinks, a commercial laundry room, and (6) tankless water heaters.
UNH Hydration Stations
The University of New Hampshire is accelerating its installation of bottle filling stations with a minimum goal of one per building, making free water accessible to all students. Legacy installed 12 hydration stations in buildings across the campus, including the Whittemore Center, that will have thousands of users each year.
Mount Lebanon Elementary School
The project added an expanded commercial kitchen with plumbing and gas service to specialty kitchen equipment, and remodeled the nurse's area to add a bathroom and to revamp the student health area.
Lebanon High
The Lebanon High School and the Hanover School are undergoing a long-needed series of additions, including a new classroom wing, an entryway remodel, a cafeteria addition, and an auditorium addition.
